  • Life before Starfleet:

Father: G'Lar son of Tan'Bek of the House of Marrek Mother: Tee'ana daughter of Val'Char of the House of Xal'Dune

K'Tang is of a family of four, between his mother and father K'Tang also has a younger sister who is growing into a fine warrioress for the House of Tan'Dune.

Before joining Starfleet the House of Tan'Dune prided itself on its trading relations as such it came as quite a surprise that K'Tang desired to enter Starfleet, then again considering he desired to open up a bar on a starship it meant good business all around...

    Starfleet record:

K'Tang didn't do too highly at the Academy, during basic starfleet classes he was prone to starting...and ending fights more than one night he spent staring at the blank walls of a brig. Especially after a night of drinking Blood Wyne in a local tavern.

His first job was a bouncer on Starbase X92-BC400 near the Neutral Zone. Here he excelled using his brute strength and imposing size to keep patrons in order. Up until Klingons started dropping by during the Dominion war. Then the trouble started with long nights of battle hymns and bar fights. Needless to say K'Tang was soon subjected to transfer papers away from the starbase.

His next assignment is suppose to be on a ship acting as a bartender/bouncer in hopes that the lack of hostile patrons will calm him somewhat. More than likely its just to put him in someone elses hair for the time being.

    Psychological portrait:

K'Tang is the a typical Klingon.
Given Blood Wyne he'll drink and remember past battles.
Given a blade he'll fight to the death.
Insult his honor in any way and he'll re arrange your facial features.

K'Tang tends to be very skeptical about starfleet often bordering on in subordination. He's never raised arms/fist against a commanding officer, but then again he's never been truly pushed.

K'Tang also seems to revel in punishment often subjecting himself to long drawn out physical training holodeck programs or testing the strength of a brig force field which has creeped out more than one security officer who has watched the slightly mad Klingon hurl himself full strength against a force field.
